Mahram officials had talked to former Iran coach Rajko Toroman as well but the current Philippines coach didn’t accept to head the team.
Head of Iran Basketball Federation Mahmoud Mashhoon has already said that the national team coach has no problem to lead a team in the league competitions.
Mahram has won Iran Super League five times and claimed the Asian Champions Cup two times in 2009 and 2010.
